Control of malodors is a challenge in many facilities including hospitals, nursing
homes, doctors offices, supermarkets, schools, Veterinary Hospitals, and restaurants. Most
facilities address these problems by continually spraying deodorizing materials which mask
odors, or odor counteractant materials which attempt to neutralize them.
Perma has developed a more effective and economical solution to odor problems utilizing a
proprietary floor finish formulation which actively bonds with odor molecules brought in
contact with the finish by the continuous circulation of air in a room or corridor. This
special finish simply removes odors from the air, leaving any area smelling clean and odor
free.
Field testing in nursing homes and hospitals indicates that even the most difficult to
handle odors are completely eliminated for 30-45 days without any additional treatment.
