APPLICATION AND MAINTENANCE

RESILIENT TILE: Thoroughly scrub floor with one of Perma's high quality strippers to remove any old wax or finish. Remove stripping solution with a wet vacuum, auto-scrubber or mop. Rinse the floor completely with clean water and allow it to dry. Apply Landmark in thin even coats with a clean mop or applicator. Additional coats may be applied after allowing Landmark to dry for thirty to forty-five minutes. Depending on the condition of the floor two coats generally provide the best results. To insure complete curing allow approximately two hours between the last coat of sealer and the first coat of finish, or before opening the floor to traffic if Landmark is used on a hard surface as a sealer/finish.
To remove Landmark apply Perma #118 Eliminator Stripper at a dilution ratio of 128 ounces per gallon of warm water (1:1), and allow the stripper to stand for approximately 10 minutes. Scrub the floor with a good quality stripping pad and a standard speed buffing machine or automatic scrubber. Remove stripper and emulsified finish with a wet vacuum, automatic scrubber or mop. Removing of multiply coats, or Landmark which has been applied in a high speed burnishing program, may require successive stripper applications.

This material is not a hazardous mixture, as defined in 29 CFR 1919, 1200 and M.G.L. c. 111F. Safety glasses and gloves should be worn during application and handling. If ingested drink milk, water, fruit juice, and induce vomiting with oil of ipecac. In the event of eye contact flush area with water for 15 minutes. Consult with a physician.
